Yep. When I first saw that hand ball, I thought it was accidental, but when you watch it again, you can see that he clearly did it on purpose. The game is blatantly rigged, and they're not even trying to hide it anymore. Probably cus, you know..... it's on video!!! VAR just highlights how much worse it actually is.

To be fair, it wasn't the red. The ref let it go, but the ref behind the VAR told him to have a look. Once you see any contact on these stupid screens you are basically forced to give a penalty. That is why VAR is ruining football. Refs don't have the same discretion they had before

They were unfortunate with the penalty but they weren't "robbed". England had more shots on and off target (including a disallowed goal and hitting the post), better pass completion and much more possession. Even without the penalty going against them, they weren't good enough on the day.

I'm dutch and if it was given to us i'd have gladly accepted it, but it is objectively not a penalty. Offensive handball cancels every event after it out, and dumfries has an accidental collision with kane after the shot has left his foot. Trajectory of the ball was already determined and since it went out the hit on kanes foot afterwards doesn't affect the chance. Anyways, england played better, and whether the penalty affected the rest of the game will never be answered. England actually played to win this time, and easy route or not they earned their spot in the final, now they need to prove it against spain.

@krentenbol3363 I don't think we did earn it at all . England play the most horrendous football . Very lucky we had bellingham to get us out of a mess otherwise we wouldn't be here . The teams we have had regarding group stage and knockout stage has been really poor teams. Holland didn't really turn up . Hooe Spain destroy us to be honest sick of our supporters and sick of the shot manager that has got lucky regarding players he has to work with .

Yes it was. Ref said so. You dont show studs...end of. The rule "any player can be penalized for a manner that "threatens injury to an opposing player" while attempting to win the ball. Decision ruled. Cry all you like. These decisions go for all teams.

Also this whas not s pentalty because dumpfries make contact with kane after the shot, also dumpfries trey to block the shot and trey to kick kane. Also when kane kick the bal he kick dumpfries. Also you're second goal comes out free kick after gody won the ball and there whas no faul if the referee not give the free kick than the goal would knever fall for england.

I actually think Simon’s fouled Rice for the first goal. It’s a foul all day long on Kane tho. He’s attempted the shot which he makes cleanly without Dumfries getting any contact on the ball, also he wasn’t trying to kick it, he was throwing out a block which is why it’s given imo. It’s a high foot and a foul anywhere else on the pitch.

​@creativeamerican8811 Then Kane is guilty of the same since both feet were at the same height with studs showing. Remember, Kane swung at the ball too, and that makes it's a 50/50. Both their boots clashed, and in all my years I've never seen a pen given for that, a card yes or maybe a free in the box, but no peno. Especially after handing the ball!
