This isn't so that they just go on exploiting employees. There are few days (but few days😅), when employees have a relaxed day with very little work to do, and as it's said that oh.. you'll be working 16 hours a day... this happens only around - when either they are working on launching an IPO for their client or there's an acquisition taking place & most of such (intensive) deals are done within 5 days & then one can chill.
