Did you ever go to the Culinary institute of America in Hyde park NJ. They have a class for private aviation flight attendants. INCREDIBLE

luggage note*** my husband is an aviation maintenance professional and he told me (before i started my FA career) that he's seen the biggest mistake other mx techs make is buying cheap tooling. they often end up buying the same cheap tool 2, 3, 4 times and at that point you should have just bought the expensive tool that lasts a lifetime. So when shopping for luggage he said "do NOT go cheap. your luggage is a tool and your tool needs to last". best advice for luggage that i received!

There is a massive difference between tooling and luggage. Tooling YOU take very good care of and your husband is correct, it will last many lifetimes if you buy good quality. I have mostly Snap-On and SK Wayne. Its bulletproof. Luggage is at the mercy of baggage handlers. I have tried all sorts of luggage with 59 years of international travel under my belt and buying cheap is risky. But I bet a skilled handler can tear the wheels of any suitcase. We are off to Europe again soon and I am going to try rolling duffles for the first time as the wheels seem so secure. I am looking at Osprey.

What a truly impressive level of knowledge, qualifications and experience Jamie has, with such a huge amount of intuition for client needs and a real passion for what she does. Extremely impressive, and a great interview.
