Great interview Mr. Kennedy. I saw a couple recent panels you did for Scream and you looked a little off haha. But watching this, I digress. You seem to be a pretty thought provoking dude. Props.

I just finished listening to this episode and it is a powerful one. Jamie definitely opens up and he has so many great stories. I definitely agree with him about making peace with someone before they pass away. I definitely miss the old days of television. Definitely need a part 2. Best podcast ever!!

I have always loved you Micheal, I was a teen when Smallville came out and you were my instant favorite. I’m now rewatching it on Hulu with my 9 year old son who loves Superman. I was so excited when Impastor came out and sad when it ended! Jaimie K is exactly right that your an undervalued actor!! I also have to send love to Jaime bc I love him as well!! ❤️ a huge fan!!

When my father passed after weeks and weeks of the being in a coma and sick. Every day was different. Every day was wondering when he was going to go. The night he passed was the best sleep I had in months. Initially, I felt guilty because of this, but I realize that is normal. There was so much stress. I didn’t want him to die but his death was a huge release.

Lovely interview, grew up watching both of you in some great movies and tv shows. As somebody who has just gone through Cancer and survived(for now) including major surgery and chemo before and after.. let a lot of the small stuff and things from the past go, you can't change them and while there's always the hope that you can at least put them to rest through some kind of apology from somebody who hurt you or just you forgiving them etc. It's better to enjoy the now! Life is short, time is luck!

Excorcist is the greatest horror film ever made IMO because it's still scary AF today. That movie was made like 50 years ago. The scariest part to me was her walking around backwards on hands and feet.

[edit: Accidentally figured out how to strike-though when I didn't want it. 😁] I grew up loving horror movies and I still don't get this one! This podcast made me think ~~sigh~~ Okay maybe I'll try watching The Exorcist again. I don't get it! It's been a while but it seems I always have the same takeaway -- I don't care to watch however long it takes lead-up to then just a girl in her bedroom puking and swearing for an hour. What am missing? 😂 DaMm I'll still try again, but in the meantime I'll say my top picks: Halloween The Omen Carrie and then too many more . I was gonna give ya a top five but now I have too many more ideas plus stuck in this era even though I know I have faves earlier and later. I'll go to sleep thinking of horror movies. Sweet dreams! 😂 Oh, Night of the Living Dead! I'm coming to get you, Barbara...

Such an interesting conversation regarding the democratization of entertainment and Hollywood. It's kind of like when the printing press allowed people to print their own books and publications (ie - regarding content). There's been an acceleration in terms of independent content platforms and Hollywood is trying to figure out how to monetize it. I don't think they should though. They should focus on finding the very best creators and artists and letting them do their thing. Sort of like how United Artists was setup in the 1900s with a focus on art, the directors from the 1970s, and more recently in the 1990s with Indie filmmakers. It saddens me to think that Hollywood as a place will no longer exist one day. So much visual culture and history would be lost. 🙃

You were spot on!!! “Rotten Tomatoes” is rotten. A new report from New York Magazine suggests that Rotten Tomatoes scores can be easily manipulated, alleging specifically that a public relations firm, Bunker 15, has paid low-level, often self-published reviewers for positive write-ups as a way to game scores.

Movie ratings on websites such as rotten tomato are significantly influenced by the movie's political ideology. If there’s a ton of left-wing ideology; the movie typically is highly rated. That’s the bottom line
