Thanks for more tips a very well explained video of tying pellet band on hair for pole fishing or tying a pellet spike for on the lead. Which hooks do you use please as when doing the knotless knot it ties perfect as the eye slightly kicked upwards, loving the videos guys keep up the fab production and tight lines 👍

I've been using this rig for years the only difference is the tubing. I use a tungsten version and position it inline with the point of the hook. This adds a little extra weight to the eye of the hook. Meaning that when my carp eats as he blows the bait out of his mouth the hooks drops to the bottom of the mouth and bang.

And since I turned to match angling and targeting smaller fish when I tie my pellet rig I whip down hook twice then pull hair back then continue to whip down to hook point, this KD style hair defo help nick and prick smaller fish better please try

As tight as possible. Just make sure the knot is bedded down properly.
