That front door is AMAZING 👏. FYI CERTAIN TILES SUCH AS SALTILLO ARE VERY SLIPPERY WHEN WET. I don't recommend near a pool. Ask me how I know . Lol

Just found you guys on my feed and holy smokes I’ve been missing out! Really top notch job work guys! That door find was pure fate. And the fun design moments are filled with joy and COLOR. White walls everywhere don’t suit the style of this home. For the dining room I vote for a deep turquoise! I saw it all over Britain and loved how chic and joyful it was. I love that you went moody with the bathroom! We're currently building our dream home, and I plan to paint my office a dark sage green and I cannot wait! I did take that color and lighten it to get a green/grey color for my bathrooms and am antsy to get everything painted.

No ceiling is great in a warm to hot climate. The heat rises out of the way for people to enjoy the coolness. However in the snow belt of life not so great when you are paying for heat and its hovering above you and you receive the cold air that sinks into your living area.

Everything you've finished looks so good! The door is incredible! The new layout and new wall openings look much more functional. The kitchen doesn't look like it has the most storage, but will there be more by the time you're finished?

I absolutely LOVE what you guys have done! So well executed and really suits the vibe of the home. For your dining room, if you want a soft greyish green maybe look at something like French Green from Porters Paint? I know you won't be able to get it where you are but I'm sure you could find a similar shade, I recon that colour would look gorgeous in there 😍
