I'm just saying that as someone that goes to the gym almost every day and feels like it's never going to be good enough, it's nice to see someone else that has almost the same measurements (I'm a little taller than Jamie) putting in the work and looking amazing.

Book recommendations: 1. Karen Marie Moning - Shadowfever series 2. Kresley Cole - The Arcana Chronicals 3. Anne Rice - The Wolf Gift ( there are 3 books in the series) and The Witching Hour ( a separate book, not in the Wolf Gift series) 4. Deborah Harkness : A Discovery of Witches series 5. Diana Gabaldon : The Outlander Series ( the tv series is very good, but the Audiobooks are so much better! I’m always very busy and don’t have time to read so I listen to the Audiobooks. I highly recommend you try it! I listen in my car, in my headphones while I work out, or clean, or basically anytime I’m not interacting with someone else. It’s the best!

Just in case you were curious, what happens with Raynaud's is that the blood vessels from your hands suffer of spasms, so they'll randomly constrict and won't allow any blood flow in. ...ik nobody asked but I thougth you might be curious😂

Re: your Raynauds. I too suffered terribly in Scotland with this. It got so I couldn’t open cans or put my earrings in and was so painful. HOWEVER I only just got told it wasn’t Raynauds but anemia! My optician told me to get a blood test, came back really low. Changed my diet and took a prescribed iron supplement for 3 months and have been right as rain! Soooo many women I know automatically tell each other it’s Raynauds when it’s not. Chronic anemia is bad for all sorts of reasons. Anyway just a thought! I’m not a doc but a blood test will confirm.

Shoot = New products 😆 I feel you with the Christmas decs, I’m desperate to put mine up but I’ve got to wait until the wooden floor is laid from where it meets dining room through living room. Once that’s done, skirting boards and I can get decorating. I’m hoping 10-14 days maximum. The kitchen and dining room which are way bigger only took 4 days and there was a hell of a lot of cutting angles etc. couple of days painting first, but hopefully by end of week the floor will be done. Bedrooms and hall can wait till after Xmas, I can’t cope with any more and I’m not sure how you are managing with so much renovations going on at once. It’s driving me mad now. X

I’m going through a bad cold right now. 2 weeks ago I had strep. Went on antibiotics for 3 days. Felt great. By that weekend. This damn cold hit me like a bag of rocks.

I have a tip for Raynaud Syndrome, I have it in my family, all the women of my family (myself, my mum and my grandma) my g-ma used to take garlic tablets, you can get them at Holland and Barrett, they open up your capillaries so should help your fingers! It mainly effects my feet thankfully not my hands! Hope it helps! 🧡🧡🧡
