This is all so true & happened to me! It took me a few years to fully reconnect with my true self & then to find that external connection as well. It was a crucial time for me to reflect; but I am glad to have finally come out of it, & to feel stronger because of it! ☺️🙌

Been a while. There is a crackling in my brain during meditation lately. Right in the center it feels like pop rock candy. It is not uncomfortable and i can control it now. But i have no idea what is happening. Any ideas or is this unique to me.
