I made it last week and it was amazing. But I sprinkled the oil and lemon juice on the plate before placing the thin cut meat so that the meat is completely coorperated with the lemon-oil mix. Awesome Channel here , mouthwatering moments ...

Of course! At the end of the day, carpaccio is just raw sliced meat with some salt and pepper, lemon and olive oil. Then you serve it with whatever salad you want. I love it with just some rocket and parmesan shavings thrown on the beef. Amazing

I have to agree with Avoularo on all accounts. This man speaks the truth! I just have to point out though, some people use the term grassfed loosely. Grassfed can mean a lot of things, some can be fed corn and grassfed finished and vice versa. Make sure the meat is 100% grassfed.
@magnettecoetzer11 жыл бұрын
Aha, so thats the way to concoct a true Italian Carpaccio. I was told that one should freze the meat slightly, which enables one to cut thinner slices. But, as he points out, the xlices do not have to be impossibly thin. Mmmm. My mouth is watering. I am inspired!
