Yay Jamie!! That paper is just so gorgeous! I love it. This was a great video, hooray for the exposure fix!! I’m excited for you! I love that even though it wasn’t “perfect” you still showed us and used the journal. I think a lot of us do that- keep going with something we started, there are just a lot of videos showing the “smooth” process of projects. Thanks for sharing.i absolutely love your style. Keep it up! ❤️

What printer do you use to print out your designs
@JamiePate Жыл бұрын
Are you speaking of the word on the front of the book? For that I would have used a Silhouette Digital Die Cutting Machine. Let me know if that is what you were referring to. Thanks!

Can I ask what kinda paper you used? What is the clear paper you used? And what is thing you used to curve the edges. Sorry I’m new and just got the cinch today
@JamiePate4 жыл бұрын
Hello! Welcome to all the newness. And don't apologize. I totally get it. The pattern paper used in this video is an old collection from Heidi Swapp called Hawthorne. I may have some of that in my stock still. The clear paper is from Bazzill and no longer manufactured. But I think I have found a new resource, not exactly the same, but useful:bit.ly/SBCCraftPlastic. I am trying to think what you mean about curving the edges. I distress the edges by pulling them up with probably a metal ruler in this video. I love this tool kit here and use the metal ruler often to distress my edges: bit.ly/3WRToolKit. Let me know if I can clarify anything else for you. Thanks for watching!

Hi. Love this classy journal! Can you tell me the name of the stickers you used? Thanks for the video!

@@janelleespinoza1433 Hello. This journal was made with Heidi Swapp Hawthorne Collection. The collection is no longer available. But of course this journal can be made with any collection and be just as good. Let me know if that helps.

Thank you Jamie for replying. I saw the Hawthorne papers. I will look for the stickers next. Appreciate it....elegant journal!

How did you cut the excess wire when you bound it?
@JamiePate4 жыл бұрын
I use Tonic Scissors. I just cut way low on the scissors if that makes sense. I don't want to damage the scissors. Wire cutters work well too.
