I’m definitely my fathers son. I grew up not wanting to be as soft as him but the older I get the more I embrace it and see I’d rather be like him than the example of toxic masculinity that’s shoved in my face on the daily elsewhere and seen as normal. Especially now I’m a father. I’m trying to be the best example I can be for my girls. I’ll never be perfect but I’m doing my best to be a good example at least

In the long run people see the truth and you don't have regrets for acting out to others who are total POS. Don't become a POS too. And yes anxiety is the worse enemy for being able to do that. LOL, so that's another struggle to overcome.
