This is perfect timing, my depression has been bad and I need loads of laundry to do when I get home from work tonight. I have to stop procrastinate doing it. I just found out I am type 2 diabetic and it’s all taken a toll on me. So, your videos do help me. I went out with a friend I haven’t seen in awhile yesterday so I’m like I’ll do my laundry on Monday. I need to get that lint roller that looks very helpful. Yours and your husbands team work is just phenomenal you guys are so real and genuine just enjoy your family! I definitely gave the 1hour timer on the iPad a try. It gave me the push I needed to clean the living room! As soon as 10min were left, my 4 month old woke up so had to pause it but all I had to do was mop & I was done! Such a great feeling! ❤

I struggled w consistent exercise my entire adult life I basically hate all exercise. 😂 But, I did ballet for most of my childhood, so I started taking adult classes and TA da, regular exercise. Also, one year my new years resolution one year was so try every single class at the gym (before I started ballet again) bc I was trying to find the exercising I liked. I mean, when I tried every class, I mean I was even in the pool w all the old ladies for water aerobics. 😂 Which by the way I loved. And absolutely hated zumba and spin. Like you couldn't pay me to do those. But as a result, I learned I love pilates and yoga, which are both similar in a lot of ways to ballet. So I agree, figure out what works for you and don't be scared to experiment if you haven't found an exercise you enjoy yet.

Great video as always.. Your fertility struggles hit close to home for me. My triplet grandbabies are the result of I V F. After three miscarriages, two from I V F, my DIL was down to the last treatment the insurance would cover and 3 eggs left. They decided to go for broke hoping at least 1 child brought to delivery would be the result. God gave us 3. Healthy babies,2 boys,1 girl! He really answered our prayers. It had been a ten year struggle. They are the light of my life, and the beat of my heart. Thanks for sharing your story, if it brings hope to one woman struggling, that is awesome. You are the best sweet Jamie and we really do love you and your family. You're the best!!

The hardest season of my life used to be when a string of family members died, but now it's been the past 2 years, almost to the day, of breaking my arm in a car accident. It took ten months to get it fixed because of other health issues, and in the process I had a procedure go wrong and ended up hospitalized with two other surgeries before my arm surgery, and now had another surgery this summer to get the hardware to fix my arm out and am recovering again. Your channel has helped a lot, actually, seeing your cleaning and organizing is very soothing!

I feel you on the sleep problems! Since I work 3rd shift 7 days on 7 days off, I don’t really have a good sleep schedule. It definitely takes a toll on me sometimes! Some weeks are better than others! When I struggle most with sleep, it’s definitely on my weeks off. If I wake up at 3 am, my body thinks it’s time to be awake. I just lay there or watch KZbin until my husband gets up for work. Then I have low energy in the afternoons and I pass out at about 7 on the couch. It will make you feel pretty lousy!

I’ve always used vinegar to clean inside and sometimes outside the microwave, no dawn power wash needed and it always comes out sparkling clean. I use my Pyrex 2 cup glass measuring cup, works perfect!

I think it is great that you and Mike can depend on each other. My parents were like that. I didn’t get any work done this weekend, my granddaughter spent Saturday night, woke up at 4:30 and stayed up. Hubbs and I got 4 shots each, Covid, flu, RSV, and pneumonia Saturday morning. We are old but oh my feels like someone punched my arms hard. Just sleeping today. I have cleaned out my Tinco a few times but enjoyed seeing what you do. Hello from the great state of Kansas. Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone when it comes to infertility. I went through a lot of infertility medications. Nothing worked. We finally had to go to a fertility specialist to help us know what was the cause of my infertility. We found out that the hairs on my fallopian tubes have cyst on them. They couldn't remove them at all because it could do some damage. We were told that we could adopt but with my medical problems no judge will consider us fit parents. We have a lot of nieces and nephews that we could love on.. I just thought I would share this with you to let you know that you're not alone. LOVE your videos. I find them quite helpful and inspiring.

I totally understand the infertility journey. My husband and I had unexplained infertility. After temp charts, inseminations, drugs, we finally did one round of IVF. That’s all we could afford. 3 1/2 years of trying we finally conceived. I yearned for another child and we adopted our daughter. Both journeys are fraught with emotional highs and lows. Thank you for another wonderful video. Especially the how to clean the vacuum, I really need to do mine. I got so much on my plate right now and it’s kinda hard to deal with stuff. We have elderly parents needing help and for a time my husband has to have dialysis to give his kidneys time to heal. And he has to have a hip replacement soon and we aren’t that old yet. I have to take on the things he’s not able to do at this time. It’s very stressful. This world has gotten so crazy and that’s overwhelming as well. I do try to work on my quilting and hang out with our little 5-pound spoiled chihuahua/dachshund mix. I look forward to you videos Jamie and for all the tips and motivation you give. Hi Jamie! Not new here, been watching you for a few years now. You mentioned having sleep problems now and then, I thought I would mention what we do here for that. We have Melatonin gummies, but in different strengths for different family members. 5mg is a good place to start, if it knocks you out go less, but most adults need at least that much. My daughter (she's 25 and has Autism and depression/anxiety so lives at home) and I need the max dose of 12mg. Honestly Jamie it is a wonderful,. natural product and none of us ever wake up feeling gross or groggy. If you give it a try, I hope it helps :) The other thing I wanted to tell you is how much I love watching your videos, they motivate me to at least try to do things needing done around my house. I suffer from clinical depression, social anxiety, panic disorder, Agoraphobia, I'm kind of a train wreck lol. There are days where all I can manage is to get out of bed and breathe. On my worst days, I can't even get out of bed. My house is in dire need of deep cleaning and organizing but I just can't seem to get on top of it all. My husband tries to help but I am home all day, it's my job, I don't want him to work and have to come home and help me too... I feel like my head is never above water and I'm always drowning. I just wish I had your energy and abilities. How do you do it? You're amazing Jamie!! More amazing deep cleaning and Sunday resets to get us through.... even though it's 5:30am Monday morning where I am, it's going to be useful as soon as everyone's up!! -side note I found out with my tineco. The rubber seal on the dust catcher, comes off. Use a wipe to clean the the groove in which it sat. It's satisfying to some extent. Haha!! I wash it with a spray of dawn power wash and then dry and put it back on. You are so very appreciated Jamie. 😊 Much love Samara

I Love watching you clean all the tips that have helped me get my house cleaned! I have a question I live in a large log cabin I am unable to reach the rafters/design as well as the 2 fans placed on them I use a long ladder to reach what I can do Do you have any suggestions? Also my walls are wood not the smooth kind the textured wood which breaks any duster fabric I have! My steamer appears to be the best option however it doesn't reach the top. Your videos have become my go to for comforting relaxation but alsooo your tips and tricks👏🏼👏🏼 yes ma’am! I was wondering if you truly love your tineco vac/mop. I know a lot of people have them and sponsor their products, but I was just wondering your opinion. I bought the base model I guess is what it is on sale and well idk, I like it sometimes. It still runs and I use it daily, but the water reservoir is sooo small and I feel like I have to refill it several times to do my floors plus I’m not sure why but the roller smells sometimes too even after I do the self clean and I have hand washed it. Helppppp! Lol should I get a newer model?
