Hey sweet friend. I ask y'all to please pray for me. I had a doctor's appointment 3 weeks ago for a CT scan. I was told that I have a tumor on my left temperal lobe, they didn't tell me the size, they just said that they caught it early enough that they are going to try medication first which is some kind of steroid that starts now (I have the medication) and have an appointment with a Neurologist in June. We are praying and believing that when I go in June, the tumor won't be there. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

Praying for you Alma that tumor shrinks. My follow up appt April 24th didn't go very good . I now have stage 4 breast cancer as the cancer has spread to my lungs and other areas . May 3rd I have my first chemo treatment . Each treatment is one every 3 weeks Please pray that chemo shrinks my tumors. Thanks for praying

Years ago I use to walk 3 to 4 miles daily for my exercise but then had to total reconstructive foot surgeries. Non-weight bearing for 7 months each time. Three years ago I hired a Personal Trainer who switched from working in a gym to doing personal live sessions over zoom. She was my sister’s trainer at the gym and she started working out with her over zoom. My sister lives 100 miles from me and I figured even with the distance I could do that too. I hired her and work out with her 2 times a week. Love it. My brother-in-law now has hired her too. I have a dedicated office/craftroom/now working space at home. My “gym” at home is small but functional. I have a workout bench, step platform, hand weights from 2 lb. to a 30 lb. kettlebell. It’s never too late to get started. I’m 68 years old and now do these workouts and water aerobics two days weekly at my gym.

Hi Jamie, You mentioned that you have allergies to dust mites, I was thinking that your headboard might not be so good with a dust mite allergy. You might want to think about changing out the headboard and the frame to go to something that you could wipe down way easier than having to break out the vacuum everyday. Love your videos. It's become a routine for me to workout while watching your videos and if you knew me you'd know how huge that is for me! And I just can't thank you enough! Literally saving my life! I'm 61 just diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure was put into surgical menopause 20 years ago so weight and movement have been a big issue for me for a while now, but I started working out and watching you and before I know it I have gotten a workout done! Thank you! Thank you!

Just now watching this one Jamie….Hello from Texas!!!! 😊 Cleaning out our workout room is on my list of things I did not get to this weekend. Energy seems to be something I am short of latelety…ugh. We’ve got some good equipment in there but the Christmas stuff is taking up all of the floor space. I need to take EVERYTHING out and purge purge purge. I went in there today and realized the closet is completely empty and there are like 7 empty plastic bins everywhere. So it is definitely NOT a lack of storage space. This is going to get raised to the top of the list I’ll probably put this video up on the big screen in the game room upstairs so I can watch while I purge next weekend 😊

Hi Emery! I totally agree with your take on social media Jamie. My daughter was about 15 or so when she got an IPhone. She was devastated until then to only have a track phone for emergencies. I will never regret our decision to delay her expose to social media! I also wash everything when we get back from a trip worn or not. The gym looks great.

We love those frozen pizzas from costco! We buy those fruit bars as well, and if you've never had them try the "That's It" bars. They ate dried fruit bars that are made of apples and one other fruit (which changes the flavor of the bar). I keep them in my car for last minute snacks for my toddlers.

Hi Jamie. Omg I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am to watch your video after the morning I had. I’m trying to get my wisdom teeth removed soon and finding someone is next to impossible because it’s either too far, insurance doesn’t cover the entire cost or some place don’t cover my insurance. On top of that my phone screen was zoomed in way too much so I couldn’t zoom out at all and I couldn’t call Apple to help me out. Finally got the screen back to normal after three hours.

Living alone I HAD to deal with the spider/bug situation on my own. It changes you a bit. Lol Anyway now I live in Texas (from Indiana) and everyone down here is still terrified and freeze over them. Hey Jamie! I definitely agree with you about not glorifying being on social mediaI. I launched my KZbin Cleaning Channel just a few months ago and my 11yo wants to have her own channel. I definitely want her to finish school and concentrate on her education and make sure she has does well in school. My parents always stress education to my brothers and sisters and I when we were going up. It was everything to them. We came to the United States as refugees with .50 cents and the clothes on our back. My parents worked hard just to put food on the table. They did not want their children to struggle like they did when we first came to the United States. But now they are living the American dream. Both parents worked 2 to 3 jobs when I was little and eventually opened up a successful business. It’s a lot to be proud of. I guess my point is that I totally see what you’re saying as a mom to young children. I also don’t want my daughter to be involved with a lot of social media until she’s a lot older. Sorry for going off on a tangent 😊. Thanks for making a great motivational video!!
