If you do the same thing you did with your trash cans but in the tub you can let them soak longer and filled up to the top and a safe place to tip them over to empty. I also vacuum behind that space for the trash can’s. Another thing is if the cabinet is on a track I would have help removing it so you can mop back there when needed.

Jamie my family has the same tradition! Christmas Eve, we spend with my mom’s side of the family and when we get home, the four siblings (me included) exchange gifts we bought for each other. Then on Christmas Day we spend time with my dad’s side of the family! It is something I always look forward to even as I age into my mid 20’s!

I do not use energy to decorate at all for any holiday. I do like to make specialty chocolates and package them all pretty to give to my 29 neighbors in my retirement community. I moved in when i was 36 with my fam and we LOVE our dream condo with so many gmas and gpas around us❤❤❤

Omg! We do this! It started as gift our elf would bring on Christmas Eve to keep our kiddos “busy” (Christmas crafts, sprinkles and a cookie recipe, pjs, board games, hot cocoa, map to a Christmas light display etc) our elf has been retired for about 6 years and my daughters (including adult girls, 27 & 31!) still ask about the family box! 💗My youngest is 15 and she has hyped it up so much she asked if I could do a “friendship box” for her and her bestie this year! 💗

I hear ya when not having motivation to clean and get things done, I don’t have any kids but still of course need things to be clean and feel cleaned and tidied up you’re videos help me going so fhannnyou for that, Jamie! And also same, with the getting things dinning it off I’ve done that before multiple times too and I have to stop the procrastination of that and that’s me with laundry love hate relationship with it lol our washer broke and haven’t had a washer and been going to friends houses to do laundry so that makes me fold and put my laundry 🧺 away quicker now and finally got our new washer I think I’ll stop the procrastination and getting it done bc it’s not that long or a lot when it’s finally done. I went with a toaster without levers years ago and would never go back. I used to always burn my fingers trying to get the bread out. This raises the bread and holds it there. I have the Cuisinart touch to toast 4 slice toaster.

Happy Sunday Jamie! I have a random question.... I've been watching you for a while, so I trust your input. My family and I are thinking of possibly relocating to Ohio from FL. Do you have recommendations of family friendly areas we should check out (4 kids ages 9-17)? We love walkable areas and love having everything nearby such as hospitals, shopping, trader joe's, and of course activities for the kids. They love skating rinks, riding bikes, scooters, etc. Of course we have all the theme parks here in our backyard, so I'm trying to find a place that is family friendly with lots of things for them to do. My Christmas tradition last 5-7 years has been getting families names and helping their children by me bringing gifts into the school and the parents pick it up. We also do food boxes with 5 to 7 meals in the boxes. I helped with four families this year. I helped with 16 children this year, but I’m retiring this year so I really like your Christmas Eve box😂. My granddaughters are four, five and eight. such fun ages I can do more with them. I do want to include a little bit of baking. I am definitely not a big baker like my mother. I don’t like all the mess she made when I was a kid lol I had to clean the kitchen.😮

Happy Sunday! Your Christmas Eve box 📦 is a great idea! 💡 The girls are going to love it! I know it may sound silly but we have The beautiful by Drew Barrymore toaster and I promise you it’s used at least twice a day and we love it! We got it because we had a really expensive toaster and it just started burning stuff and so just to get us through I went and got The Beautiful one on white. Needless to say we love it for everything, toast, bagels, etc. We got it when they first came out a few years ago and we are keeping it because it has done a great job for us. I look at it this way we bought high and it wasn’t really worth the money now that I know what was better for us. Just my suggestion. But if mine stopped working tomorrow we have definitely got our money out of it. I would turn around and get another one just like it. See you next week!
