Champ Basic would work I have 12.8CFM scroll for a dyi home cleaning. I have a lift as well. The scoll can run 100% duty cycle and don't mind the time if it cleans the underside.

Do not put the dry ice in a plastic bottle and put the lid on it. I have seen that done and tossed back in the big blue dry ice cooler...and the explosion shortly after would blow the heavy blue lid off of the cooler. 💣
