It hurts me so much, like; Jamil will always be chained to Kalim, never seen as more, never as his own person while, Kalim will never really feel like he earned anything in his life because it was always Jamil assisting him, and so he’s chained to Jamil. Their self worth is changed to each other so it becomes a one sided friendship and it makes me bawl every time :(( (I love your work and eat it up everytime)

I’m hopeful! Their dynamic isn’t doomed, it’s just… a bit broken right now. After many years and a lot of therapy I do believe they can reconcile. They’re still so young, they have a whole life to live.

Kalim's: "I can never choose to love another." It relates to his relationship or perspective on Jamil. He cares for Jamil, whether that's interpreted to be platonic or romantic. He's the one person who he can be himself with, who he feels like he can connect with and not have to restrain himself doing so. Jamil was the one person in his night skies. His entire universe. However, that co dependent demeanor can place a strain between the two even if that's not Kalim's intention. Jamil's: "Maybe one day I can LEARN to love you too." Jamil was learned to be a good servant. To bow at all the whims of his master, to protect him and do all the work. Bcs this is his life. He has to know and be "willing" to die for his master bc Kalim is the Asim heir and therefore his life has more "importance" then Jamil's. He can't love or be affectionate with Kalim because of the gap and roles between them as master and servant no matter how hard he tries. Perhaps sometime he can. But it's not now.

What is worst is that Kalim can't "exist" with Jamil not being in his life. He needs someone, or a servant who has "less impact" of a life to defend him from assassins to rivals who seek to eliminate him to get position as an heir. Jamil on the other hand, can't exist" WITH Kalim. Kalim is his master, and therefore, has the most control over his life, even if the latter didn't see it. Kalim existing means Jamil has to hold himself back from his potential, remained chained to the life of a servant who has to place himself in danger and hold his lips so his relatives can't get into hot water with him being critical. As long as Kalim keeps breathing, lest the two find a manner to get Jamil free? He'll keep holding Kalim in disdain, as he's the reason he's trapped and can't do what he wants to do, his fate decided for him.

now the rant: kalim probably can't accept that jamil would probably leave him if he had the opportunity by the kind of polarization they have, after all jamil is the most special thing in kalim's life by being the only person his age he could talk to, jamil is special to kalim like the rose that grew in a dessert (a fairytale i heard as a kid and could explain later) and the people in the kind person fairytale. their relationship is like the story of the princess and the dragon so to make the story short once there was a princess like any other princess she was trapped in a big castle with a dragon but something interesting happened the princess and the dragon became "friends" so by time the princess only became more and more attached to the dragon until one day the dragon just leaved by being tired of their job and the castle became what it was a cage maybe a golden cage but stills a cage (this is a really bad explanation sorry by that)

Theory time! Bet that Kalim will free Jamil at the end after killing his own father when his facade is ruined by either harm coming to Jamil or one of his siblings actually dying do to his fathers poor choices. I also think Kalim would change the rules of the kingdom for the sake of the servants while still longing for Jamils forgiveness for his mistakes. I hate that i ship them because its literally so unhealthy but something about their potential really gets me. Also yes i really think Kalim would kill his own father for the sake of Jamil ❤

Honestly, this is sort of like a caste system where the lower caste are seen as inferior to higher castes and where society decides who is inferior and who is not. Poor and middle class have to do the bidding of the rich. Kalim's parents literally just throw their responsibilities towards kalim onto jamil and jamil's parents made him accept that responsibility without giving him an choice. It's the influence of their parents that made their relationship this bad, they're not the ones to blame. I've just started book 4 and i kinda know some spoilers but that is just my opinion. By thy way, your animations are very pretty and amazing. Keep up the good work. 😊 (I also have some songs in mind that can relate to them or jamil.)

Your efforts certainly don't go to waste. Some of the songs i think some lyrics match to Jamil are- Bitter choco decoration Baldi's basics [blue] Are you satisfied? (Maybe it matches?) Labyrinth by miracle musical (that one popular lyric east is north, west is South. It perhaps matches how yuu felt during book 4 and and how Jamil is controlling everything?) @@Hakinator111 I’ll just copy paste a guide I send someone else in my comments too :) ________ Twisted Wonderland is a game. It is divided into 7 books as of now, and each book focuses on a specific set of characters. It has rhythmic sections, battle sections, a lot of events, but it’s mainly a sort of visual novel, but it’s really engaging and the art and character design is very pretty. It is a gacha game, so you can pull for pretty cards that you can use to fight in your battles! The system is very generous with it’s pulls. There are 22 main characters, each of which have an interesting and unique personality. The story is angsty, dramatic, funny and really interesting. If you like character focused stories with an underlying story/mystery this game is perfect for you! There are characters for everyone, and they’re ALL beautifully written. They’re complex, their dynamics are fun, and they’re deeply flawed individuals who go through character development throughout the story. My favorite character is Jamil Viper. He appears mostly in book 4, the book that I love the most. It’s a mobile game, but it can also be played on PC. It’s a bit complicated but I can help if you want to. If you have an android, you can download QooApp, on which you’re able to download the game. If you have an Apple you need to change your App Store country to Japan, America or Canada. If it doesn’t work or you don’t want to play on phone, you can go to your pc/laptop. On there you need to download Bluestacks, which is a phone emulator. Then on Bluestacks you need to download QooApp, on which you can download twisted wonderland. If none of this works you can resort to watching translations or playthroughs online. I recommend Ami Yoshiko. She translates the game for you, doesn’t cut things out, gives commentary and plays a few events, she only plays up to the middle of book 6 though. If you don’t want commentary, you can just look up translations and there will be multiple playlists where you can read the entire game, but I recommend trying to download it yourself for its more fun. :) The prologue can be a bit slow/boring but I promise that if you get through that you’re in for a ride. Book 1 is a great begin that introduces a really fun group of characters with amazing dynamics! The ending of book 1 made me cry too! Have fun, and if you have ANY questions feel free to ask me!
