Please make a video about etiquette in public. Stores, malls, parks, etc. So many people act like they are home on the couch when out in public, screaming, shouting at the help, leaving dressing rooms a mess. You might have to do a multi-part series!

Very cool, I had no idea all of these coffee etiquettes existed. As a child I remember my grandmother, teaching us different types of etiquette but I became very curious about coffee since I came to a friend's home who told me coffee is ment to be drank without sugar. You did not say anything about this particular subject but I learned so much with your video. Thank you. I would have loved to see this video with Spanish translation so I could share with all my Spanish speaking friends and family. Just subscribed so I can continue to learn more with you. Blessings🙏

Here in Sri lanka also we do that when we drink tea. Specially children mostly. Adults do that rarely unless youre a very older citizen. Mothers pour tea onto the saucer for kids to drink so that they won't burn their tongue.

I always enjoy how different cultures enjoy their coffee so rather than saying bad manners I believe not culturally appropriate is a better term in this part of the world because in other parts of the World they do and it is very much acceptable.

I would wait until getting home if I want coffee AND dessert (like dunking cookies or biscotti into my drink) most times so I can enjoy them simultaneously, especially a bitter coffee drink with cheesecake! The creamy cheesecake coats the tongue so the sweet and floral notes of black coffee are more evident and the acidity of the coffee makes every bite of cheesecake taste like the first! But in a more formal setting I want the makers of the dessert to know I enjoy the dish as they meant for it to be experienced so I might not take coffee at all or I would politely refuse dessert and have coffee.

Great video - it's going on my favourites bar for future reference. One thing - you didn't mention the Crema in espresso. It should take up at least the same volume as the coffee in the cup or glass.

Hi. Thank you for your kind words. There is no specific order in which you have to eat or drink as long as you do it at the pace with others at the table and do not have a piece of dessert and the drink simultaneously in your mouth.

It’s quite common in India and Pakistan they drink tea in such manner

Its commom in India and Pakistan to drink tea or kehwa from the saucer. It's not counted as bad manners here it's just culture. However, doing that with coffee at restaurant is definitely weird.
