I think for its stats it needs a bit more bulk and speed, the main thing about it is that when you use a battle chime you lose a bunch of hp so when your not the fasted and you don’t have much bulk you either get killed by priority or you get outsped and get 1 tapped. The reason why I say this is because it’s like base gargolem, it’s way to well rounded I think you could make it faster but less bulk or slower but more bulk.

I feel like it may be too early to see if Kramboss needs any changes If it were to get reworked, I really hope it doesn’t lose speed, having a fast belly drum user is very unique. Closest thing I can think of is Kommo-o, but that needs salac to outspeed anything.

Normal belly drum actually just ignores your physical stat drops so you would be plus 6 even if you are minus one or 6 because the description of belly drum is meant to max your attack, I'm not sure on how battle chime works though maybe different, maybe the same.
