Lot of versions of this fiddle tune. I thought they were playing Soldiers Joy at first, but leaving out the 2nd part, which happens a lot at Jam Sessions. The fiddle player sitting on the truck tail gate is excellent, and the two young fiddlers remind me a lot of myself when I was at the back of the pack, trying to learn a tune on the fly. Nice vid Amy. I never made it to Galax, but learned to play fiddle in Asheville, N.C. from Arvil Freeman, long, long time ago. Cheers

It always amazes me how so many can play without sounding all muddy. An electric band could never do that.
