Thanks for the video. I was posted in Kashmir Valley. The two regions Jammu and Kashmir hypothetically as distinct as Germany and Turkey. Jammu is a place of temples and also the Dogra warriors Kshatriya (Rajputs). Dogri is a distinct language and the food habits and this region is absolutely different from Kashmir. Kashmir is technically Central Asia a Valley and the language is Dardic linked to the Kalash and Shina languages. Kashmiri both Pandits and Muslims are heavy meat eaters along with rice. Both the Dogras and Kashmiris belong to the Aryan stock though the Kashmiris are Central Asian Aryans close to the Pamir and Tajikistan people. The Dardic tribes of Kashmir like have a reputation of physical giants and ferocious fighters. Technically not much in common between these two distinct regions of India.

@@rajakhiladi6534 Lived in Valley was posted there. All genuine Kashmiris are Central Asian Aryans, speak an Aryan Dardic tongue related to Shina and Kalash language. Among many ethnic groups Dogras dominate Jammu . Bhadarwah Valley and Kishtwar have many ethnic groups but also have Kashmiris. Islam came very late to this region and there are many Kashmiri Kshatriyas (Rajputs) who still speak Kashmiri. Very similar in looks to Kashmiri Pandits.
