Would take no time at all and look so much better, be warmer and less damp and bugs for your stock. Also, I understand why you do it, but sometimes you should pay what you think is fair, don’t always look to chip down. Good luck mate, great channel!!

Yes… you aren’t the first to mention it haha, I recently re-modelled the bathroom above it and had to do the pipe work in the garage ceiling - hence the lack of plasterboard, as most broke when it was removed 😂 We’re now on the spare room, then maybe the garage will be after that, stay tuned 👀

Love watching the vids, but Everytime you knock down on the price! My wife and I do carboots on a weekly basis and the one thing that narks us the most is, after setting all our prices at what WE want, some people will always try it. Keep up the great videos tho' !

Warm water, fairy liquid and a stiff brush, then dry off with a microfibre cloth and leave in the sun 🙌🏼 lots of elbow grease to get the tough stains out with brush/cloth.

Hello James can I pick your mind brought a pair of scrapa hiking boots looked in really great condition got £70.The buyer went on a half mile walk and the sole started to disintegrate and fell off . What could have caused this. Regards Kevin

Usually caused by the soles deteriorating over time. I briefly go over this in my new vid. Quite common, very important to do the bend test on boots before listing. The rubber just gives way over time pretty much from the inside out, so even if they look good, it can take a few steps to start falling apart.
