This was a great video ❤ love the rebalancing videos! I need to check out that brand!!! I’ve never heard of them. I love how fat the nail polish bottles are at the bottom, keeps it from falling. I like the cloud design… I’ve never seen one like that … pretty. It kinda looks like a dove 🕊️ flying up … it gave the nails a nice soft angelic look ❤

Thank you so much ❤️ Depends on how many breaks we take, but full sets this length take me long too. I block like out like 4 hrs so we can plan, pick out colors and so on. I record too so that in itself takes up more time. I’m checking my camera, if I’m in frame and making sure I don’t run out of storage. I just can’t do one hour nails. It’s ok if it takes you more time. Comparing is the thief of joy so I say, go with the flow 💗🌸

I went to a nail salon and she told me that she had to redo my whole set to do an encapsulation..i should have walked out. She filled my nails with no apex and i had to redo my french at home. Even her boss said you cant get an encapsulated tip without getting a new full set.

That’s definitely true most of the time. Especially if you have a nude base and not clear so that you can see through the encapsulated glitter. In order to encapsulate glitter inside acrylic you need to file down everything or start fresh, the work she’s doing in this video pretty much equates to doing a full set so I’m sure she charged for that and not for just a fill because of all the extra work she has to do. Nail techs aren’t always trying to pull one over on you, sometimes there’s legit reason you can’t do things a certain way that people who don’t do nails professionally wouldn’t understand. And that’s okay, maybe if the tech explained that to you it might have made you feel more comfortable knowing why but she probably said that because this method in the video vs soak off and a new set are gonna equate to the same time/effort/money anyway. Hope that helps, I wouldn’t take what those techs said personally or offensively.💕
