Shadow is a complex emotion eagle. One day he will drop a fish at Jackie's feet-- Stand there and just watch or stand and listen to her loud Voice breaking out in her typical "thank you" up and down tonal stuff Eagle scale as only SHE can do.Sometimes(as today) he is in a playful mood and grab a delivered fish and tussle with her over it and let go finally as she "resents" his insistent try at eating her Fish( for a few moments). It's a game for two and both are playing, including her sharp eagle rejoinders without her usual soft tonal singing and fish gulping at full volume.--Which i greatly & dearly love hearing and seeing as probably do many others.Two delivered fish in one day is more than"why am i doing this today"--rather an Esteemed Act of appreciation( S to J) for all they have done and will try to do in the future--Wanting to deliver New Life to this Nest and follow Nature's command to live a happy, fruitful and enjoyable life as an Eagle Pair. This is a tough Nesting Eagle environment--part of it internal to each Eagle's reproductive Function and part External in the tough Physical Environment they chose to maintain a Nest in.If anything , J & S have shown they are an Eagle Pair willing to do "their best" to fullfill their Eagle Destiny.
