widow just embodied the song and the lyrics like few other queens did before her. Jan danced her ass off but it just wasnt on the same level.

I love jan too but guuuurrrrl that's not what the song is lol. The way jan performed was more suited for an upbeat tempo pop song. Like brittany spears, ariana grande, even Rihanna's S&M would've fit her technique and choices for the song. Widow embodied that song. Lol. I think jan was caught up in the fact of "omg I have to do whatever I cam to beat widow cause of what I've seen her do before".... that's probably where the slight desperation came from too. Some queens tend to do that if they feel intimidated by an assassin on stage.

It's a shame since all the past and the upcoming lipsync songs will totally be white girl friendly, this is the only soulful one and Jan really got unlucky to be against widow...

Widow won hands down. This reminded me of the lip sync battle between Latrice Royale and Kenya Michaels. You’ve got to embody the song when you’re singing the song of a soul performer. I only wanted to watch Widow and found Jan distracting, just like I only wanted to watch Latrice during Natural Woman and found Kenya distracting.

I am getting more of Latrice vs Dida. Jan was not cringy like Kenya was. She performed well but not appropiate for the song similar to when Latrice bodied Dida's good performance the episode Dida went home. I feel like this is a fairer comparisson since Jan was not painful to watch like Kenya, she was OK. Just Jan was just OK.

@@BlinkoutIRL I agree. Jan still took on the passion of the song and didn't only do tricks. It was still distracting though unfortunately. A lot of bouncing around and many moves at the wrong moments. Much like her commerical, it was 100 the whole time and overall exhausting

Jan is the embodiment of doing too much, i love her so much and if she edits down just a tiny tiny bit, she'll come off as less aggressive...😫😫😭😭😭😭

They both did really well and were very passionate about it but in the end Widow's just worked with the song so perfectly. Jan's commercial was better but she also hadn't won yet like Widow had

Jan is lovely, but Widow definitely deserved to stay. Jan's tricks were great, but it didn't suit the song. Widow, on the other hand, her movements fitted it well and that's why she deserved the shantay.

I understand why the audio of the event was butchered. It was still annoying to hear chipmunks. My bigger problem was with the feeling this wasn't a reaction video at all. For a 2nd time watching commentary the weight is not on theatrical overreacting and some boogie. We expect concise comments why the stuff that happened in your opinion as you have the time to prepare after an event. Then chopping off Ru's decision who could stay was salt to the wound Joe. Now sashay away
