Jan Zelezny's training with Miklos Nemeth in 1992

Miklos Nemeth was Zelezny's coach between 1989 and 1992. This training session was recorded in Banská Bystrica, before the '92 Olympic Games. With Zelezny being injured (his back and shin hurting) he wasn't even sure that he can throw at the Olympics.

The light throws are between 70-75m and the last few are 80-83m.

I didn't start throwing my best 79.60m/ 261'1" (1980) until I started relaxing my throwing arm to the point of the javelin almost falling out of my hand when holding it back to throw.
