Pickled mushrooms - seasoned in sweet and sour pickle - grandmother's recipe / @Jana C.
After cleaning and slicing the mushroom, boil it with 20g of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar - cook for 10 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the boiling water and rinse immediately with cold water.
Lacquer for 5 small precision-dose glasses - 150ml water, 25ml vinegar, 5g salt, 30g sugar and boil; in each glass 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 2 balls of allspice, 2 balls of black pepper, a pinch of mustard seed, 2-3 carrot rings, a piece of onion (I used red).
We then cook the glasses for at least 20 minutes.
