Pickles - pickles according to grandma - how I preserve cucumbers / @Jana C.
4 kg cucumber - pickle
2 carrots (3 rounds per jar)
2 onions (1 round per jar)
Allspice balls (3-5 balls per glass)
black pepper balls (3-5 balls per glass)
mustard seed (1/2 teaspoon balls per glass)
bay leaf (1 leaf per size)
fresh dill (a sprig of dill in a glass)
how to make varnish - sweet and sour (for 4 kg of cucumbers I needed 1.5 doses of varnish)
1.5 liters of water
0.5 l of vinegar
15g of salt
260-290g of sugar
boil and pour into pickle jars
Bring the cucumbers to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. be careful not to overcook them, the cucumbers must be crunchy ;-)
