I'd like to apologize for the audio quality in this video, while my camera's microphone had wind protection wind gusts that day were over 40mph so it got overwhelmed!
@AllisChalmersMN3 жыл бұрын
Can’t do anything about the wind! I didn’t think the audio was bad at all. I enjoy the videos you produce.

@@AllisChalmersMN I was talking with the owner while filming this and commented that this is usually the kind of day that a fire breaks out and sure enough about half an hour after I finished filming some grassland caught fire about 5 miles from here and kept the local fire department busy for hours!

@@JandLVideos wind can not be controlled. Those of us that have spent hours in the field understand how windy it can get. Fires can happen real easy on dry windy days. I hope no body was hurt.

No one hurt or damage to property, here's an article about it from the local paper: www.crowrivermedia.com/hutchinsonleader/news/local/brush-fire-contained-south-of-silver-lake/article_36697f60-d4f1-5112-bfbb-438d0b12a83b.html

To those that dislike this type of video...If you don't want to watch these machines doing what they were designed and built for, stop watching. I like the beautiful restorations as much as the next guy but the ones still wearing their "work clothes" deserve respect too.

I think more people like to see these classic's working and doing their job rather than all prettied up in some rich man's "collection"

In my generation farmers went from plowing everything to retiring their plows, using them only to rebuild terraces, my family included. Nice video and sound.

That Two Twenty & 720 make an excellent set. That soil looks beautiful, too! Only saw a bottom trip once. Around here, there are so many patches of rocks & clay, those trip beams would look like the keys on a player piano. Regards & keep up the good work!

What a wonderful collection they have. Great sound that makes. The wind howling across the field makes it feel really atmospheric as evening draws in.

I’m pretty sure the Deere wheel on back is actually powering this set up. 😂🤣😂🤣😂 Great videos keep em coming.

Even a cab like that made fieldwork on windy days so much nicer. I spent plenty of days on an open 4020 getting sandblasted.

You know, you could probably charge people by the hour to let them come out and run that tractor for you!

That two-twenty is set up just like the one we had until 1983. Ours was serial number 2398-is there a chance this is the same tractor? I tried tracking it down but the trail went cold at LaPorte City, IA. It would be nice to know she found a good home.
