Ok pack raft 24:15 sick.!!! 37:00 brings back memories.... in 2006 my brother died and one of my mates helped me out and said let's get you the hell out of the shit place I was in and go for a hiking trip into the Twilight Tarn Tasmania. It worked.! it fixed me just enough to move on in life... went back just a few months ago to read the log book and to my disappointment the book had been removed only a few years before... so I didn't get to read what I had written that day 👎 but we still got some awesome film on that trip . Well done Rob and crew.. loved this film .👍👍

Peter Buttge Thanks Peter! I use a 15000mh power bank to keep the juice flowing in my phone and GoPro. If I’m out for 3+ days I’ll take 2. They all stay inside my AW (all weather) Lowepro camera bag which clips to the front of my backpack. It has a rain cover I use if I’m scrub bashing or it’s raining. I have a small rechargeable Kokopelli pump which fills the raft in a minute or so. Handy!

The new Jane river track is 24 km to the hut, it’s very overgrown but easy enough to follow. It takes 8 hours non stop, give more time for wet weather and lunch stops ect.
