As an American I can't stress enough how precious Tasmania is. We have tons of nature, but everything is trying to kill you hear lol. Must be nice not to have to worry about a bear charging you out of no were or a big cat sneaking up behind you or alligator drag you under. We try not to let it get to us but it's always a worry. I'm no hunter but if you're not carrying a firearm in the states your just ignorant or stupid. I don't ever want to have to kill something but it is what it is. Even the turtles are dangerous lol.

Lovely photography, Rob, and I like the use of drones. But I suggest to help you in these quests that you get a good book or two on minerals and their identification. You can also use Minedat on line.

What a great little bike, sure beats walking great looking country you really have to have your eyes open. Falling into one of those shafts no one would ever find you..those old carriages would save your life if the weather turned bad great shelter, and their in great condition for their age. I wonder how many people would know the whereabouts those carriages. What a great vid I really enjoyed it.

The bike looks a lot like Earle Stanley Gardners Pak Jak he built for the Badja trip looking for the desert whales in California. It went over rocks. It was a motor bike with extra fat tyres. He wrote up the trip in Hunting The Desert Whale.

You really should not take all the nuggets you see, leave some for future explorers. If you see 2 nuggets, only take one, don't be greedy, don't be greedy. Leave some for the rest of us Gdamnit!!!
