Also putting it in layman’s term for you. - How Jane’s damage works is a tiny bit similar to how Super Break dmg is in HSR. (There’s a whole lot more in depth but this is just the surface) - You fill up the gauge or bar next to their HP (not the top right UI) doing attribute damage (Physical, Electric, Ether, etc) - Once you fill a full circle of it and do another attribute hit, it’ll detonate to the corresponding attribute (Assault for Physical units in this case for Jane which is raw damage and increased daze accumulation for 10s) - Anomaly Mastery works similar as Weakness Break Efficiency (Gauge fills faster/Break gauge depletes faster) - Anomaly Proficiency also works somewhat similar to Break Effect (Higher number = Higher Anomaly/Break Damage) - Jane is the first Anomaly unit that can trigger a chance of Crit for Assault with her core skill. That sums it up for Anomaly on the surface, hope this helps!

Jane as a character in the story does seem interesting but idk how often we'll end up seeing her considering we're seeing her for the first time in a "filler" type of quest but gameplay wise? I'm tempted just because she isn't just a crit based DPS character and I feel like making a team with her without a dedicated stunner could actually be interesting. Mostly because I feel like I always default to mainly using the stunner in a fight and only have the DPS come in during the stun period which is the "normal" way of playing and I want to try something else. Still thinking about it since we already know what the next two characters after her look like and am unsure how much I'll end up liking them based off of aesthetic alone.
