No as this is why such a thing is unethical in our university system let alone for children. You teach children! You don’t conduct experiments on children without an ounce of actual training and credentials in the field.

@@drstevej2527 no it would help people learn at a young age to treat everyone fair. And being treated as less than isn’t healthy nor is it beneficial to a society. But I’ll let you tell it.

@@xCreativeThoughtsx According to whom? There are all sorts of things we could force upon children that we don’t in public schools. This is because it’s unethical to do such experiments on children. We don’t teach about WW2 by dividing students into groups and telling them to start attacking one another. No instead we actually teach them by using existing texts on the topic written by highly qualified people in the field. Teacher don’t have absolute power over children for a reason and this is why they are governed by educational protocols. JE was widely criticized for this experiment by actual researcher’s and to this day many of the original students reject her methods. Imagine being the parents of a child forced to endure this after having raised them to respect everyone. Why on earth would that child need to be victimized in such a manner? Simply teach the concept as you don’t need to send people to prison in order to teach them about the evils of crime.

Ohh my God. I soo ADORE this woman with every single molecule of my entire being....she has such a beautiful mind. when i think about how fkng courageous it was (& STILL IS) of her to identify the fact that theres clearly a problem, come up with a way of helping to actually solve that problem, and then take the actual steps to implement her own special solution, having the bravery to stand up for whats right and not only that but to take action and to go out there & actually DO SOMETHING about it. she chose to simply give zero fucks about the fact that many of her co workers, her students parents, prob a few of her own friends/family members, & lord knows how many other members of the small (her words not mine) white community she lived in would come to hate her guts when they found out what she was teaching in her classroom. shes such a source of inspiration for anyone who has ever felt/known in their heart that something was wrong but felt too shy/afraid of the repercussions that come along with speaking up, to actually do something about it. i feel like most people will find themselves in some situation of a similar nature at least once in life (and wether the issue of race/racism is involved or not) imo the way a person ultimately decides to react in that kind of situation says a lot about his/her character. this lady took a moment of great sadness and adversity and claimed ownership of it. she didnt see it as "black people's problem" she saw it as a problem for society as a whole, and she even went so far as to adopt it as her own personal problem and she took on the responsibility of finding a way to help solve it. she saw that moment, seized it and ran with it and shes a fkng living legend walking among mere mortals for doing that. thank you queen. 🙏👑 and WHYY THEE FUCK we havent already implemented her curriculum at every public elementary school across the country is beyond all comprehension if you ask me. i mean WTAF..?? just fkn TEACH IT & stop racism in its tracks before it even starts!🤷🏼 sometimes i think humanity is too fkn idiotic to be allowed to exist i swear....

well said, well said, I agree and thought you might like this,.. Since the early 1940's the terms race and intelligence have been a subject of wide debate in both popular science and academic literature. If we examine the term race from a scientific perspective we can understand how race is a social construct. Researchers can now prove, beyond a doubt, that culture is a learned behavior. Hence any social behavior can be mimicked by any individual. Black social behavior can be mimicked by whites, For example if a German child is raised by a Russian family he or she will develop Russian cultural and social behavioral norms. The truth from a biological perspective is that we have more in common as a species than differences. Our ability to mimic these behaviors across racial and cultural lines is proof in of itself that our customs and beliefs are conditioned by our environment. As we boldly embrace our oneness, we will begin to realize that our differences are merely cosmetic and have nothing to do with our ability and capacity to develop and grow into a more humane human being. Mutual respect started with the struggle for what we refer to as "human rights". The Declaration of Human Rights wasn't signed until Dec 10th 1945 and its only now, some 76 years later, that we are beginning to truly define what these "Human rights" should be and protect each other from those who would violate them. This again is proof that we are now emerging as a species form our primitive stages of owing our allegiance to countries, races, religions and empires, to a much broader acceptance of our astonishing global culture and remarkable human spirit. The term race is an unintelligent way of describing a human being. Race is a term modern scientists, and enlightened individuals do not use. There is only one race from a scientific perspective; the humans are but one species. We have fought many wars only to come to the ultimate conclusion that we are all one Race, HUMAN. Unfortunately, Our country isn't founded on Christianity because how America was founded on murder and lies. If people look into it, our founding fathers were not actually the real people who started America. It was always run on satanism because of promoting hate against each other. This is always been a lie because trying to keep people suppressed is for a real reason of greed and power. Depopulation is occurring for reducing the number of people that impose a threat to this hierarchy of people that want to have control over the world. She was right about the BIBLE being used as a weapon, and it is blasphemy. It will not be taken well for judgment which is near.

One of the problems I have with racism is that it's unnecessary division. All of us different ethnicities are just varieties. God made all the varieties in people just like the varieties of plants or foods, etc, and we ALL agree that it's awesome to have different varieties and flavors in anything. Why have we taken something so incredible and made an issue out of it? We've defiled it (what was meant as an advantage)and made a it into a problem where there never needed to be one in the first place. I mean seriously, does anyone here REALLY want to live in a world with NO variety? That would be boring as fvck.

Elliott for the subject of racism. Fresco on the idea of re-imagining our view on society and economics. To quote Edward James Olmos. There is only one race. The Human Race. So say we all. @@DarkAngel2512 I have definitely seen more racism from white people. It’s pretty routine for white people to say racist stuff to me as if I’ll agree-I have no trouble relaying that I disagree. I totally get why black people would be fearful of white people, and I don’t blame anyone who is. It does seem that we should be past this already, but the reality is that we haven’t quite gotten to the mountaintop. It would definitely be in everyone’s best interest to work through it all and at least be kind to each other on our common ground. I’ll be happy when all people, despite the color of their skin, have the same opportunities. I do know that I have white privilege. I do also know that I have experienced similar difficulties consistent with policies that have negatively impacted my darker skinned cousins-though definitely not to the same degree.

@@ellanina801 yeah. Depends where you live. I could count on one hand the amount of racism I've seen from white people growing up and I'm in my 40s. Seen way more from black people. And often many black people have said black people are more racist. It just depends. I'm really sorry you had a lot of racist people around you. White privilege doesnt exist. In my country UK we never legislated racism unlike America. But America hasnt had white privilege since the 60s. They do however have black privelege through diversity quotas in uni admissions that discriminate white and asians. Aswell as long-term, white employees being fired from jobs in UK to make way for black people (look at The Royal Opera House that sacked 14 white people). Black people have thebsame opportunities as white people and more. In UK our race report showed we dont have widespread systemic racism. They couldn't find any. And Adricans and Asians fared better across the categories they researched much better than white people and black Caribbeans. Some of this could be down to black people being given special priveleges and focused on more in schools as some mixed-race teacher has attested to seeing happen. You admit you have exprienced the same issues as your friends of other races but for some reason you dont see it as the same and I'm wondering why. I'm also wondering what priveleges you feel you have. Can you name a couple.

People who say they don’t see color, are using a cop out. I always say there is nothing wrong with seeing color, just don’t let it be the sole reason for judging a person before getting to know them. I did a DNA test and was so proud to see my roots from Africa, my roots from Taino indians from Puerto and my roots from Europe, all the mixes make who I am and I would not change a thing. We need to embrace our multicultural roots and allow them to help us be better people.

If you don’t agree with all her points that shouldn’t discount the good truthful facts she talks about. She is right and not all Black people including myself agree with reparations. I personally don’t believe cash will help anyone of us, we’re all still enslaved in the mind and due to lack of education would spend the cash within a year. If reparations is land and your own sovereign territory like the natives then I’m all for it.

@@nwest2342 so a few points here. Let that "mental enslavement" statement marinade.😉 1. Elliott talks a good game. Sure in theory I agree with many not all of her points. Until she's pushed on BLK economic empowerment. 2. Other groups have recieved money from our country this year and in yrs. past. And I've never heard anyone question how would other groups spend money they're given. Yet that question comes up for blks. 3. Since Blks gave free labor to build this country, up to the present....they've suffered more attrocities and crimes against humanity than any other group. Fact. So a debt is owed. REPARATIONS in the millions is the tip of the iceberg...grants for business, land, education, health is all owed. To disagree is a sign of "mental enslavement"....IMO.

@@MCfact1827 1. I am Black. 2. I agree that it is upto you as to what you do with your money. 3. My intentions are good as I am thinking of your longevity instead of instant gratification of money. 4. I am from the Uk where they throw money and incentives at various causes unlike the USA. At the same time the poor class are still poor. 5. If you don't learn the system you will always stay enslaved to it. You were born into a literal Sales Country. If you are given $1000000 today tomorrow it is less and by next year (you get my point) Land however tomorrow is worth more. In the Uk it doubles in price every 10 years. 6. I do not discount the horrendous things your people have gone through. However if you don't learn to take the advice from the outsiders who are not scarred by your Country you will stay the same for another 50 years. 7. Just incase I haven't convinced you. Black people were married at 80%. In the 80's they gave money to single mothers. You are now 50 years later literally a dying species in your own country. 9. Leave the money which is printed on paper and ask for tangible assets.10. If you don't agree I still wish you peace on your journey of futility.

@@nwest2342 thanks for making it clear you're from the UK. That helps. I understand you mean well ( yet your "futility" comment indicates otherwise ☺) A lot of what goes on here you may not understand. Please ask questions. Blks in America set the tone for blks globally everywhere. Native American Blks are the most resilient in world. Last yr. with the riots everyone was influenced. Look at actor John Boyega speaking out in the U.K. last yr. Please re-read my all my points carefully. If you go back and re-read my last paragraph. I mentioned land. Keep in mind you need money to maintain the upkeep of the land. I presented a list of tangibles.

@@MCfact1827 I don't want to get into a slanging match with anyone so this will be my last point. Our parents fought hard to get the N word banned in the Uk. They succeeded. By 2000 the only people using the word were the outright racists. I did not hear the word till I was 28 and had to double take until I realised they meant me. The police were more then willing to prosecute but I left it. Since then the floodgates of America has opened. Black Brits are suffering for the percentage of you who believed in re-appropriating a negative word. We now hear American everything and have White Brits telling us that we say it. To get a little of respect back and to reasonably get along with prejudiced people keeping their opinions to themselves, we have to have the conversation of the difference between Black Americans and Black Brits. I long for all our unity. Where we all have the same level of respect demanded. Where we are not judged for the music made by 1% of Black American musicians making us all look like lil kim & tupac. Where we are not judged by the ones of us who choose to use certain negative terms to describe themselves. Where tv shows portray us as the Fresh Prince of Belair instead of Empire. This woman is an angel. She amazes me because with the skin she's in, she still risk taking on such a fight for change and understanding for others. The Dr. Kings of the world took the risk trying to diminish the daily battles that racism brought to them personally and across the board. It's easier to understand. THIS woman could wake up every morning and experience the world as this country intended for people of her color. No blocks, no bans or barriers. But she chooses to fight and battle racism harder than some who face the racism day after day. I'm overwhelmed. God bless YOU Jane Elliott. Thank you.
