Who are you defining as "your people?" From your surname, I can only demise that your heritage is tinged w/Spanish ancestors. Well - did you know that those Spanish ancestors have an African origination? That also goes for Asians, and any other humans on the planet. Therefore, "hating Asians" is a non-existant state. What we will do, however, is not let anyone - regardless of where they're from - run over us, extort us, or use us. So now - what about your people?

Karen, I want to stress just how significant this video presentation is and how brilliant you are, to air this to your Audience. In fact as people we also have bought into the color narrative and have and continue to play "color card". The generation who redefined our cultural name from "Colored People, Negroes, Black People, Black Americans, to African-americans, was a generation which I was a part of, and we did so because we understood Jane Elliot's message, and it wasn't because of Jane Elliot, it was because we understood who we were in the United States of America, we knew we were human beings, part of the global world community. Our real intentions got translated for political reasons as "integrationists", far from the motivation and yearnings of thousands of young melioanated college students in the 1960's civil rights movement. I was a part of that movement, it's where and when Jane Elliot was inspired. She is an icon, a truth teller and as she says, an educator, not a teacher. She is also a thinker. I salute you for this presentation, surely one of the best, for our job is not to perpetuate historical myths, otherwise we are as guilty as the creators. Keep educating people, it's the only salvation for the United States during these critical times. Your Platform is invaluable. Blessings from Tanzania.

I agree with the idea of doing away with "Whiteness". However when Ms. Jane Elliot posed the question, "Are you willing to do away with Blackness", I hesitate to consider doing so. As an African who's ancestors were brought to America by force I am proudly doing the work to reconnect and learn about the people and cultures from which my lineage comes. I'm trying to realign my consciousness with that of my ancestors before we shifted to assimilate to European standards. From what I understand their were African lands referred to as "The Land of the Blacks" and their were kings referred to as "The King of the Blacks". This makes me proud to hold on to my Blackness. So if we have to get rid of both Whiteness and Blackness I would have reluctance. I do believe we need to move past the concept of supremacy and greater privilege. Again I agree with Ms. Elliot, She's absolutely right when she says "Everyone on this earth comes from Black people and Africa. I also can see that shift of acknowledgement being used by European robbers and colonizers of Africa to lay claim to the land and resources of the continent. "We're African too, Africa belongs to us too, we are entitled to this land and these minerals". Not that the absence of that shift in awareness has kept them from claiming Africa's land and resources, but a major pillar of African resistance has been rooted in our duty to protect, maintain, defend, our rights to our land.

LOL glad to see this post got liked. Pretty clear now this channel and the commentors are just black supremacists who want to have the whips in their hands now.. No desire for getting along and moving forward as a civilization. As an African who was brought to America every last one of you have it better than if YOUR ancestors hadn't first been at war and LOST, and then been enslaved and subsequently sent to Americas. I got an idea for reparations.... Plane tickets back to Africa and 10k dollars for your citizenship and never coming back... Since it's so bad here and you all have it so bad this should be a no brainer YES... but we all know the truth don't we. You all know damn well you got it made yet you squander it all. 70+% fatherlessness rates 60% of all homicides in the country while being less than 15% of the total population. Democrat policies and welfare states have destroyed the family unit and so many of us all are lost in the chaos. It amazes me that your comment can be made with no qualms to YT but you and most of the people in this section will most assuredly call my comment racist. I don't care one bit but it is so funny to see the hypocrisy of you all. The sheer delusions of granger is enough to entertain me for days...Helpful reminder to you who think all whites are weak and hate our own .... We are not all like this woman and we will not let you do the things you so clearly want to do. I have no ill will towards any of you and I NEVER did any of the shh you blame all of us for but I sure as hell am not going to roll over and take it laying down and neither will rural America and this type of rhetoric from cancer channels and blm supremacists is going to backfire one day.

I like Jane, even hired her to come to my university, but eliminating terms/concept won't do shit. Other countries (who are "further along" on the race issue) have what we call a "shade problem", and it's the same stuff being done there (those "closest" to White got preference). In the US, we have both a race problem, and a shade problem, which are just layers of the same thing. Make no mistake, whiteness created the socio-political necessity for blackness, and I don't see them doing away with it.

I'm going to push back against Jan for a moment because I recall reading the book, or one similar to it, that Tonya was asking about. As memory serves, the title was, "Adam, The Altaic Ring and Children of the Sun" by James Granger(?) and I think it was published in the 70s or 80s. I believe Tonya is right about the premise of the book, the lack of access to resources and women in those very cold and extreme environments created societies where savagery and mistrust became dominate cultural attributes while those in the more tropical locations of the planet developed societies that were, dare I say, polar opposites. People didn't have to fight for resources or women. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was as handy as reaching up into a tree, pulling some root vegetable out of the ground. catching a fish or hunting some deerlike creature and women still outnumber men in most places, so you will have to hunt for both of those books.
