Are you interpreting Job 22:28 or using those Words out of context? If you read that verse in context you will see those words are not spoken from the Lord but are from Job's so-called friend and he's giving bad advice. In fact later on in Job chap 42 you will see the Lord speak and he rebukes Eliphaz the Temanite and others for claiming to speak for God.

As the word says we are to trust God. Not any human. Anything in line & context of the God's word is True. For ex: Elija's prayer of declaration to stop rain was categorised as the earnest prayer! Implying it's not just enough to know the truth but to also declare it by faith, which gives us result.

@@enjoytheshow08 Are you telling me this woman is repeating what Elijah did? Why would God do that today? Here rain comes and goes. In the arid dessert it's a much more rare phenomenon. I'm trying to understand. I have faith in God and in the divinely inspired bible, but not in book selling charlatans.
