Two of the best entertainers ever! Jane and John give us a swinging arrangment!

My wife and I have seen them both perform in person in New York and absolutely love them. Jane is fantastic...perfect voice and great stage presence. She does amazingly beautiful things with her knockout voice. John is just wonderful too and both are even better in person. John is truly a great guitarist and we love his singing. His father, Bucky was an exceptional guitarist as well. He was with Vaughn Monroe's orchestra in the 40's, and later, Benny Goodman's. John got it honestly!

JANE MONHEIT / JOHN PIZZARELLI - They Can't Take That Away from Me Just watched a replay of John's latest “5 o'clock somewhere” live-stream one hour show - hoping he would salute the song with a brand new version. Each time John plays it differently - another mark of a jazz virtuoso. And after playing three other Gershwin tunes, in medley, earlier in the show - and not this one - John suddenly says (at around the 21:29 mark) “Now - we're going back to Gershwin: 'The way you wear your hat' …. ” At song's end an immediate transition to the best fast jazz samba version of the Gershwins' Fascinating Rhythm that I have ever heard played and sung: at around 22:36 mark. My new (old) “favorite 'live' version by a female jazz singer” - sent my way today from KZbin: From most everyone's favorite jazz variety television show that was hosted by the late jazz piano great Ramsey Lewis - who left us last year at age 87. Thanks for sharing Paul Ruben. Celebrated elsewhere [search] " Great Melody, Great Lyric, Great Rendition, Songwriting Workshop, Harmony Central "

Jane Monhiet has such a beautiful voice and so much charm. I honestly can’t think of a better female vocalist. Allow me to qualify this statement by saying that I am a 1970’s rock and roll fan. She is simply amazing.
