Even when she married Michael, I still hoped that they would get together. I think Michael is a good guy but he's not the right one for Jane.

I love how this show was made. I never lost interest in it. I watch it over and over because it is such an amazing story. Rafael and Jane were my favorite characters. They almost always were best friends, and they put co-parenting before their relationship for the better of Mateo. Michael didn’t want Jane to have Mateo because he wasn’t his. Rafael gave up everything for Jane and Mateo
