Plus he had all those opportunities to find him a good woman for example Andie, Michael dumped her the minute Jane told him that Rafael broke up with her. Michael parents hated Jane for a good reason, their instincts were on point about her for her to break up with Michael and kiss 💋 Rafael a couple hours later is a sign that Michael was only her safe choice. I think he did good in choosing Charlie in the end.

Honestly, Jane, RAF and Michael's situation was an impossible one. It's not fair to not be on both their sides. Michael never left Jane. He chose her and he chose him, then he "died" and came back. Jane also chose RAF and he chose her. RAF had never had anything good except her. It's so understandable that he feels like Jane keeps choosing Michael. But Michael was her husband who she chose over him. It's all so conflicted.

I'm sorry, but if this was rl, Rafael and Jane would divorce. They're NOT soulmates, not good for eachother, but everytime it was magical with Michael, the kisses, the moments and the way they cared for eachother, Rafael was nothing compared to their relationship. And yes, i would of prefered if they just finnished it at season 3, than her ending up with Rafael.

Rafael isn’t toxic. If he was toxic he wouldn’t have tried to know where Michael was and bring him back, but he did. If he was toxic he would’ve told Jane how he felt at that moment before her and Michael’s wedding, but he didn’t. He let her go. And here he still isn’t toxic, the problem is that Jane tried to push her confusion aside and not change anything with her and Raf’s relationship. So she told him everything will be fine and nothing will change, which comforted Rafael. But then she took the divorce papers back and went with Michael to Montana. Don’t get me wrong, I wanted her to go and explore her feelings with Michael but she shouldn’t have said these things to Rafael, give him hope when she wasn’t sure if there was any.

Rafael is literally the exact opposite of toxic. Everything Jane had with Michael she also has with Rafael. And it’s arguably better since it’s feels so much more organic than her sappy thing with Michael. Rafael also believed & supported Jane as a writer. Something Michael never did by the way. There’s like a list of endless selfless things Rafael did for Jane. One of those things is bring Michael back to her once he found out he was alive. Guarantee you if the roles were reversed Michael would’ve never done such a thing for her

°Blxcksxgar° I think Jane and Michael loved each other but they weren’t IN love with each other as much as jane and raf are. If you fall in love with someone you should always choose the second one because you wouldn’t have fallen with the second one if you did love the first one. Jane and raf has something jane and michal didn’t. I personally always saw jane and michael as friends. I believed that if jane and michael did stay together she would eventually leave and know that raf is her true love. jane and Michael had a good relationship but that was before everything happened now she got older and realizes that her love for Michael isn’t the same as it was before
