Such a great topic for a video. Learning how to practice within a limited time frame absolutely changes the game. Stringing a few of these 2min micro-practice routines that have shared/parallel/transferable skill sets into a 20min routine allows me to get more done in 20mins that I would have in 20 hours not so long ago. When I've practiced a phrase/lick on repeat like in the first example, I find myself repeating it in my head later on and strengthening that connection/neural pathway whilst just going about my day which you alluded to towards the end of video in regards to practicing away from the instrument. Thanks for the continued inspiration, your content and music has helped make me a better drummer.

Hm, just downloaded telegram because of the channel. Seems a bit unidirectional though. Thought it was more like a community for bass players, but it looks like Janek can post stuff and subscribers can comment.
