Well neither of us like cruises and we're by no means rich enough to travel Europe let alone the world so we have compensated by enjoying every little trip out and trying to make it memorable and fun! You just never know when its all going to end. 😉😘

Love the chatty videos, its like being with an old friend. Nice that you are keeping an eye on Mom & she is comfortable as can be. We too like to go treasure hunting at the small charity shops & often wonder why they do not have a donation jar so you can help them out even if you do not buy...💡🤗 🇨🇦

I actually noticed a donation jar on one that we visited. I donated despite also buying. I've never noticed them before. 🤔😘

Glad you like them Shari. They're definitely serving their purpose in our current UK climate. Probably not as cold as where you are but with the countries fuel cost doubling were all trying to stay warm without turning the heat up too much! 😘

it's gone cold again up.our way so a jumper really does help. I agree. you think it's spring and it's going to get warm and then it turns flipping cold again!!!😉😘

Ah yes. her neck of the woods. There's also a large farming family who live in the remote highest farm in the dales who have had a documentary made about them. definitely worth watching if you ever see it on TV. it's called "our Yorkshire farm"

i do miss the charity shops in the UK. they do have similar here but more old furniture and uncleaned bird cages. i know i couldn't believe it when i saw them. if ever i get to your neck of the wood a day out for you and i, high tea and a flit around the 2nd hand shops lol lol

So what was 3chicken breasts for.. I must have missed it in the conversation. Pre-pandemic my DH and I would browse through multiple charity shops on a weekend day just to see what we could see. It was such fun. Perhaps it may be something we could do a bit of again. Not that we need anything, but there always seemed an odd bit that needed to come home with us. Thank you for sharing.
