HD/uncut version of the All For You Tour intro backdrop found on Vimeo and restored to higher quality by me. This is what was shown during the Hawaii HBO concert and on the subsequent DVD release but I have not received definitive confirmation that this version was only used in Hawaii or used during the 2002 shows of the All For You Tour. There were several variants used of this intro video throughout the tour but this was the final version.
