janet is such a timeless artist. look at her hair! its fuckin amazin'. from control with the big hair to rhythm nation with all black and the key earring to janet. with the big braids to the velvet rope with the curly red hair(rihanna jacks janets style) janet always has a freaky style. name me a artist that janet imitated? u cant because janet was always original. u cant even compare her to michael because janet was always in a league of her own.

Janet is clearly far better as a dancer than Madonna, just look at her music videos and stage performances like this one ... Madonna wins in marketing and generating controversy for attention but Janet is a better performer ... both have great songs though ...

That dance felt primal in so many ways. I love how her earring is stuck on her ear and she is just gone with it.

the creativity, the diversity this woman displays in each performance, music video and dance routines. the clarity and the uniqueness. janet jackson is hands down better than michael jackson. yup i said it!
@janetjacksonsthebest8 жыл бұрын
The fact that you even have to bring up michael on a video that has nothing do to with him says it all. I love both but michael will always be better.

A shame she is lip syncing

I completley agree, Janet has diversity, every album is different from eachother. MJ a total force to be reckoned with didn't have that diversity and often repeated alot of things.

Ant 88 tell me, which MJ albums are exactly the same? He has 9 solo albums and not one is like the other. And just because someone has a concept album and tries to be diverse it doesn't automatically have to be good. In my eyes her nineties albums are very overrated. And Janet doesn't write every song, she doesn't choreograph her routines... you guys give her too much credit. It's not just Janet's work, it's her whole team that impresses you. MJ didn't do many tv performances, so it's normal that things are going to be repeated. If you do Dangerous live multiple times the only thing you can do is little changes. He should have perfomed more new songs. As a Live performer, MJ is miles ahead. Vocally, dance-wise, his energy.. Janet has yet to make songs like Morphine, Money or They don't care about us to really impress me. She may be more diverse but MJ's routines and songs were so iconic that people wanted to see them exactly like they are. He used to say don't fix it if it's not broken. Yet he still made little changes and left his audiences hungry for more. There is a reason why people prefer him over Janet.But Janet is her own artist and very creative and people can prefer her, that's fine.

totally agree. Janet has much more interesting artistry. in vocals Michael wins, but he also lipsynced a lot.
