+J Post the media didn't lie. all the kids said how Joe was abusive
@Igbogadi6 жыл бұрын
Beautiful Woman Joe was a strict father who used corporal punishment to discipline his 7 kids (Randy & Janet said he never spanked them). He was of a generation of black parents who did the same. It is wrong but none of his boys went to jail or got into gangs as teens, which is something amazing living in a crime-ridden and poverty-stricken city like Gary, Indiana back then. All his kids grew to understand their father & forgive his shortcomings as a man & a parent. I don't give a damn what the media says or what we as fans think, he was their father, not ours and the family loved him & took care of him till his death.
@spreadlove62776 жыл бұрын
@@Igbogadi true. How things happened, it was unfortunate. The thing that matters is that the kids forgave him..And Joe never abundoned kids,.nor did the kids abondaned him. I think people should respect their journey , the journey of children and their father and how their relationship could evolve, for the better,fortunately. And Michael too, later, repeatedly mentioned how strong a force and how important a force his father was in his life. His speech at Oxford, where he talks ant parent child relationship, is so heartwarming. And he trusted Joe the most , Michael's eldest son prince says, it was Joe whom Michael called when AEG was trying to take control of their lives. The family was always with each other thru thick and thin. The media just wants to discredit this great black family which has huge contributions in The world culture.!!

One of the most interesting things about Janet is.... We (her fans/the world) tend to think of her in a more grand way than she actually thinks of herself. We see her many accomplishments...including being recently inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame...the constantly sold-out tours, the broken records, her cultural impact...yet the way she sees it, as she’s stated in another interview, “I’m just as human as the next person”. It’s that attitude amongst other things, including her insane work ethic, obvious talent, and deep love for her fans - that’s led her to have such a long, illustrious career. These wannabe “artists” coming up now...need to learn humility, take a seat and be willing to put in the work. With everything Janet has been through...the fact that she’s still highly in demand AND is still performing TO THIS DAY speaks volumes! Don’t let the soft speaking fool you...this woman is a force to be reckoned with! WE LOVE YOU JANET 💙
