Production and being flashy are not the same in my opinion. Multiple factors play a role in being a successful superstar such as Janet Jackson. Many things are required from a superstar such as Janet Jackson. Especially when one’s finances are involved. Meaning it is offensive and disrespectful for anyone of JJ stature to charge large sums for tickets; then via production the fans are given a 8x8 high school wooden floor stage with a cloth background, three wardrobe changes with one being a t-shirt and jeans. That is where I have the problem. Don’t charge me a caviar price when you are serving hot dogs and baked beans. I’m simple terms; the production should match the ticket prices.

I went to see her in Baltimore last week and she was great. I saw her 30 years prior and she still has it. Maybe not as much movement as 30 years ago and I certainly didn't expect that.
