This is my attempt at a Reverse Nuzlocke with Janet! I'm locked to only playing Janet and I can only continue playing each game mode so long as a I WIN the actual match! If I lose the match, I can no longer play the game mode. This Brawl Stars Challenge will help me determine how strong Janet is!

As for her basic attack, for some reason, my brain instinctively imagines that the further I move away from the joystick, the greater her range will be and that has gotten me in some rough situations. I don't like her that much but definitely not a bad brawler like Collette when she was first released.

One of the interesting facts I've found out about Janet (That you didn't find in this video due to it being less useful outside of maybe brawl ball and bounty?) is that whenever you are dead/respawning or during the scoring cheer in Brawl Ball, you can still hold down the attack reticle... which means you'll be able to insta-ready a long range shot immediately!!! It's very helpful for people you know are close enough to just deter with a well placed shot. Other than that, yeah. I'm glad I saved for Janet; she's been unironically fun. and That's without her star power, even.

Well you have to consider that he was extremely overleveled compared to the opponents at 500 trophies, where there's usually players who are quite new to the game. Kairos has a huge health/damage advantage and maxed out gears, they don't have enough experience to outplay such significantly overleveled opponents.

My idea for a new game mode that would change Brawlstars! Brawlstars is known for its fast-paced games, 2-3 mins per match, 3v3 for the vast majority (besides solo and duo showdown). The competitive scene sees the same type of gameplay, but in a best of 3 format. This type of gameplay has its own meta, however, it can sometimes render some type of brawlers (tanks for example) less relevant in the meta and not playable (unless they get a huge buff and get broken #darryl). It can also get repetitive at some point. My idea for the new game mode is inspired by LOL and other games of the sort. Now before you leave, hear me out. I’ll explain the mode first and then I’ll give my reasoning behind everything. The game mode would be played as 5v5 (OR 4v4), on a map the size of a solo showdown map! Solo showdown maps are quite big and can fit 10 players pretty well. Also, we know the game can handle a map this size so making it wouldn’t be much of a problem. Each team spawns in one corner of the map (your team bottom left and the opponent’s team top right). Each team’s base has an Ike or a safe (exactly like in heist or siege) that has A LOT of HP, and the goal of the game mode is to break that safe. The map could have a few lanes with turrets on them that prevent you from going to the other team’s base (pretty much like LOL). You would have to break the turrets to be able to push said lane. However, the map could also be interactive so that you can get a few advantages during the game and also get stronger the more the game goes on. (That would make it a lot more interesting). First, you can have your ordinary boosts, like the energy drink for example. You can also have a few bolts to collect that make a certain bot spawn and help you push. And more importantly, you could get cubes (like the ones from solo showdown) more the game goes on which would make the interactions very interesting. (Also you wouldn’t lose the cubes once you die). I think that’s pretty much it; you can get the general idea of the game mode. Other details can be sorted out easily. No need for items or stuff of the sort. You would get hit by rockets if you go in the opposing base before breaking something (like in siege). Maybe small bots spawn to help you push as well, some way to slowly damage the safe without necessarily getting in the zone, etc., etc... Yes the game would last longer than the typical 2-3 mins that all game mode have, but it would be something new and you’re never forced to play it. It doesn’t have to last for hours, but a game could last 5-10 mins, with a time limit as well. I think that’s very reasonable. Now that you’ve made it this far, here’s my reasoning on why this would work very well in Brawlstars! We have a lot of brawlers in Brawlstars; 56 at the moment (+1 coming soon). So, a game mode that’s bigger than 3v3 would make a lot of sense having so many different brawlers and so many different interactions. This would also make a lot of unplayable brawlers (especially tanks), more playable in the meta. In a 5v5 format, a tank could be very useful, especially having the possibility to get cubes during the game and get stronger. The game is starting to have more depth to it, and this would go in line with it. Having 2 gadgets, 2 star-powers and 5 gears to choose from PER brawler (56+1). This could take team building to another level! We are getting a new game mode every season, with a lot of old game modes coming back as well. However, the format gets repetitive at some point (especially for end game players). We have 12 (yes, I counted them) 3v3 game modes, 2 1v1 game modes and a single 2 player game mode. So, adding a 5v5 game mode would be something new to add to the game and would make playing this game mode very different and feel like discovering a new game with brawlers we’re already familiar with. Besides the game modes getting repetitive, the meta is getting repetitive as well. What’s new every season is a new brawler, a few new gadgets and balance changes that shape the meta. It is nice and feels new to play at start, but I feel like it could be so much more! (this goes with reason #4) Brawlstars is a very versatile game, and I feel like there’s an infinite number of possibilities with this game mode, making more than one map would also be so nice. Having a more open map for long ranged brawlers, a map with more bushes, teleporters, etc… Supercell are known to listen to community feedback, and in solo showdown map maker, there were a lot of maps made that incorporate a 5v5 game mode. We've also seen content creators create maps and playing a 5v5 mini game. This just shows that people playing this game would really enjoy something of the sort and it could really work out and make the game feel new again. I feel like this could bring NEW players to the game, this could also make the game feel new again for end game players. It can also make it possible to play with more than 2 friends! So win-win-win Now, adding this game mode doesn’t mean removing what we have already. I think it should be tried as a temporary game mode like all the other new game modes that we get at first and see where it goes on from there. Yes, I am some random guy complaining but, I’ve been playing Brawlstars for almost 4 years now, I have pretty much a maxed account, 38k trophies and I am mythic 2 in PL. I’m not saying I’m a pro player not at all, however I feel like I’ve played this game for a lot of time, and really enjoy it, and Supercell are known to listen to community feedback really well, so I thought I would give it a shot! Feel free to let me know your opinion down below and share this on KZbin, Twitter, Reddit, etc… PS : I know it doesn’t fit very well with the Brawlstars and Starpark lore… but c’mon a mode like this would be insane and completely change Brawlstars! I absolutely LOVE playing janet. I dont mind the super being hard to control, it just makes you feel fulfilled when you master it. And having a janet on your team also means your teammate is forced to aim, and not just spam auto aim

For all the players who wanna compare Janet to any other brawlers..... She has 1500 damage (splash) the closest to her is Sandy with 1380 damage.... She has 5400 hp same as Gale, gene etc overall she is unique in the way that she is the best long ranged counter to pet spawning brawlers and has a unique escape mechanic... Not too broken but definitely A+ (map depending)

for a gadget, I think a cool one would be when she's using a super, using her gadget will make her spin while flying on a spot for like 4 bombs(maybe less) to drop at the same spot. another one is her gadget allows her to drop bombs when she wants by pressing the attack button but it has some like cool down between bomb drops

Janet (and Bonnie) really need to be treated as escape artists; something that we’re not really used to cause no other brawler is treated like this. Her super is hard to control and deal damage because it’s not meant to do that much. It can finish off really weak opponents with her star power and gadget but not deal a lot. Just like her main attack. She can get really positions when her super is finished and her attack is versatile for bursting really close or attack from afar albeit a little slower. But she definitely needs the right support to survive and deal damage.

You used to do the Nuzlocke challenges as a level 9 brawler back then and so, would it be a good suggestion if I ask you to attempt the Janet nuzlocke as a level 9/10 brawler because the health and damage increase along with both of the gears will make this challenge easy (500-600 doesn't usually have level 11 or even level 10 brawlers)?

I think Janet's super is a bit weird, in my opinion it would be cool to lower the duration to like 3 or 4 seconds, but increase the speed and rate of fire (that bombs drop at) so she still travels the same distance and drops the same number of bombs. This is just because it is so so annoying to face a Janet, get her low, and then just wait 7 seconds for her to hit the ground so you can kill her

i honestly feel that this nuzlock reverse was inaccurate since some of your opponents aer bellow p11 it was accurate before the p11 as everybody were either power 7 or 9 and it wasn't that huge of a difference but now you are power 11 and some of your opponents are power 7 and the difference in power is 20% health and damage and super not mentioning shield and damage gears if power 11 wasn't introduced i bet the results will be much different

Janet is really great for Bot drop. Like she’s the perfect brawler for that mode. I usually gave my brawlers at 600s and my favorite brawlers at 750 but I got her to 850 really quickly in bit drop.

What I would do to Janet is make her super faster but last shorter. So it's a quick burst of flight instead of this boring hover. Plus I would decrease her damage a little, I think it's just a tiny bit more powerful than it should be.

You should try and place the gadget when your in the super to keep the enemy’s low. This rlly helps for applying pressure. Also the super lasts for a very long time so instead of going back right away when your low, I think u should try and go more aggressive then go back. I hope this helps! EDIT: I saw you do this later in the video but I think u should do it more to keep the enemies low.

Seeing how she has a bit of a hard time hitting with her super and also doesn't reload nor heal up while in the air i though she's not gonna be that fun to play. But after i unlocked her i can tell she's really good but in a non broken way. If you play her right she's insane and really fun. Though it's her gadgets and star power that make her good competitively and her best gamemode is definitly Gem Grab as a gem carrier. She has not bad dmg from long range and amazing burst attack with auto aim. Janet is made to slowly chip away and poke/snipe foes to death She's not broken but above average. Kinda fun to play but you need to do some training. I rate her overall as a 7.5/10

It is sort of unfari when you are commonly the only level 11 brawler... especially in s showdown

I think the challenge would be more entertaining if u only upgraded the brawler to power 9. Power 11 with maxed gears makes it very easy, since none of the opponents at such low trophies have similar levels on their brawlers. They also don't have the experience to deal with you're large level advantage.

Does anyone know if the requirements for unlocking janet have changed? I already passed tier 30 on the brawl pass and opened +60 boxes that I saved up but didn’t get her. I always save my boxes to get brawl pass brawlers doing this method when I reach tier 30. It’s kinda weird that after 12 seasons doing this, now it’s not working. Did it got changed?

Feel like these nuzlocke videos are getting easier by having maxed out brawlers. Maybe power lvl9 would be more accurate level of how good they are at that trophy range
