Guys the *Set Details is obviously left over from the last video.* Everybody sees it. I'm so sorry, seriously. I've messed that up a bunch of times and haven't successfully fixed my process to stop that mistake. Everyone sees it though; hopefully there's no point in focusing only on that one mistake and ignoring the rest of the video.

@@AwesomeBrickSauce That's not arbitrary, they wanted Qui-Gon with Maul so you could have the duel. Obi-Wan was left over because he did next to nothing until the last duel.

One thing I will always remember about picking up this set back in 2011 is mine came with not one but TWO Sebulba minifigures! Very lucky I got a spare because overtime his leg clips WILL break from stress

Love this set! I wish they would remake Sebulba’s podracer to go with the new Anakin’s pod. And I really wish they would make some of the other racers they never released, but I don’t think theres any chance they would

I like the Anakin’s pod racer more than the Sabulba. The older Anakin’s is better. Also, the pilot face of Anakin does not look like him at all

It's just interesting to me how some pieces made specifically for the Lego Star Wars line, like those cannons typically seen on Snowspeeders are still used today, but those big chunky engines in Annie's pod that formed the core of it were completely worked out of the newest version. They just don't need to build around those parts anymore. While I do think Annie's latest pod is a substantial improvement though, Sebulba's pod holds up AMAZINGLY well considering it's almost 10 years old and how much lego's design process has changed. It still looks good to this day.

Sebulba's pod racer is larger and more detailed and a lot nicer than Anakin's by design - because it's exactly that way in the movie. Sebulba was the Champ, with sponsors and backing - Anakin was a rookie who had never finished a race and his pod racer was made out of spare junkyard parts. Amazing this set is quite a bit more expensive today than it originally was - as are most retired sets. So nice detail review on the set itself - however value is now up to the collector market and is quite a bit more than retail - for original new factory sealed in box. Lowest price for new complete sealed in Bricklink from USA dealer is $149.99 - and from there it gets crazy.....

Alright the biggest issue I have with this is the scale of sebulba's pod...the cockpit is too big and too close to the engines, the front of the engines is perfect but the middle part is wayyy too thin, and those two big orange pieces are too blocky and should blend better with the rest of the engines...but amazing review as always Jang!

Ahh, the famous podrace in Episode 1, one of my favorite scenes in the whole movie, I can still hear the noise coming from each podracer, Anakin's sounded like an earth race car: Vrrrrrrrrr!!! While Sebulba's sounded like: Tuff tuff tuff tuff tuff tuff! The minifigs were quite cool, but what's Obi-Wan doing there? He wasn't even near the podrace at the time, it was Gui-Gon Jinn who was assisting, and the inclusion of Shmi Skywalker would have been a good idea, and maybe even Padmé, you know? Just to add a little value to the set, otherwise, it did seem too expensive for it's time, 85$ would have been the top if it were up to me, I agree with you on that one, Jang. But thanks for showing one of the older Star Wars sets, that was very cool, and thanks to Wulfy for making this review possible!
