The two new yellow builds kind of remind me of more refined versions of some of the Town vehicles from the late-90s, particularly the set that came with 3 emergency vehicles. Really cool builds!

The small yellow car reminds me of a small maintenance vehicle. Perhaps if the 1x2 tile on the top is changed out for a trans orange, then perhaps it can be in the harbour or industrial area or similar.

One of the few sets to succesfully use that 4 studs wide squared off chassis is the ford model b roadster pickup from police dog unit- could be my "bias" toward older ford vehicles, but it looked good to me!

I wish I could comment with pictures to show you the microcar that I did with the same "gokart" chassis and the same front hood (but in red). The thing is, I had to choose between putting a "complete" minifig (not just torso with no legs) and having that horrible huge gap over the front wheels. I chose style upon interior space XD
