장미 달고나커피, Rose Dalgona Coffee

4백번 저어 만드는 달고나커피
엄청 유행이여서 저도 만들어 보았는데요
어떤 질감까지 만들어질까 궁금해 계속 저었다니 파이핑 할수 있는 상태가 되었어요.
그렇게 만들어본 달고나 장미
우유 위에 띄워 장미라떼를 만들었어요.
위는 좁고 아래는 넓어지는 긴 꽃잎팁이면 장미 파이핑이 가능해요.
영상에서 사용된 팁은 가지고 있던 거라 사용했는데 국내에서 구입할 수 있는 팁은 126번과 유사했어요.
달콤하고 진한 커피우유,

@@ykhbruce it isn't fake, your problem is either you not whipping it hard enough, or you're using the wrong ratio. Please note that it is impossible to make dalgona coffee with coffee beans, it has to be the freeze-dried coffee *crystals*.

Yes, it’s a little bitter and takes a while to mix but hey, it’s pretty 💕

Everything Ashley you shake a little powder sugar on top, but i don’t know if that would help the bitter taste that much but it won’t hurt to try

You are supposed to mix it into the milk before you drink it. Also, try a tiny dash of iodine free table salt. It will reduce the bitterness
