Thanks for sharing, I love watching how you paint, and also your choice of colours. What was the Rembrandt blue you used? Though I really do need to limit how many blues I have as it just makes it more complicated, at least for me.

I used 2 Rembrandt blues in the video: Indigo blue and Kings blue light. And you're right about having to may blues. Of all the blues I have, I only use like 4 of them.

Thanks very much for sharing your time and skills with us. Question - when you begin to add the white into the blue, how do you prevent the blue from "bleeding" or mixing into the white? In my attempts at wet in wet, this is my largest problem - after adding the first bit of white, my brush will pick up the blue paint and it is difficult to anything close to a pure white. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks again.

My pleasure, Tim! When using the wet-on-wet technique it's pretty much impossible to keep your whites pure, but there are 2 ways to get around it: 1. When you took the painting as far as you could wet-on-wet (but before adding the pure whites) you wait till it's dry and the do the highlights. 2. This solution is often used by painters who work in an impressionist style, with visible brush strokes and not a lot of detail. They apply the highlights in upright dots and they don't touch them anymore. So you'll have to know exactly where to put em. Success!
