Hi, can i put a fondant covered cake in the fridge? Thanks.
@JaniesSweets7 жыл бұрын
Jessica De Leon its a very tricky question and I unfortunately don't have a direct answer for you... I ALWAYS put my cakes in the fridge because i have strangers eating it and id rather it sweat than my customers getting sick because something went bad... sometimes the cake sweats sometimes it doesn't... it depends on the humidity level that day, how cold the fridge is compared to the temperature of my room... in the summer it tends to sweat more then in the winter... and it also depends on the brand of fondant too... i find that homemade marshmallow fondant is really bad and Wilson isn't as bad with sweating... it's really a trial and error... But again I ALWAYS do so my answer to you will be yes you can... But I suggest you try it out as that's the only way you will truly be able to answer that question for yourself... hope that helped love 😘

Thank you im attempting this, this week and I hope it works out I just found it a little hard to bake in the football pan because the thing that makes it stand up is very bendable especially when you grab it with a heavy cake inside
@JaniesSweets5 жыл бұрын
Niiiccceee🤗 good luck with it I hope it comes out great! Send me a pic of the final product when you're done... i find that if I put the football pan inside a 13 by 9 rectangle pan it holds it up for me... try and see if it works
