Connect them to Allaah and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم - start with love and use this to motivate them (not use punishment to manipulate them on a daily basis) 4. Revisit Qadaa and Qadr (predestination) - understand and apply it in your life 5. Be careful about what life messages you are giving to your children eg life is all about being happy لقد خلقنا الإنسان في كبد Other useful tip: When children ask why a certain bad thing has happened it’s ok to say we don’t know, even adults often don’t understand Allaah’s wisdom

My son in law passed away suddenly and my daughter explained death very simply and beautifully to her 2 daughter who were only 4and 5yrs old at that time .May ALLAH SWT continue to guide them all and protect them because they all have been so strong through all this .May ALLAH SWT grant jannatul fidaus al Aala to all marhooms and sabrun jameelun to the families Aameen

Assalaamu Alaikum is it ok to say Allah swt is watching you when a 5 yr old beings difficult around baby bro in his own playful way and he has been warned many times that it hurts baby or baby bro does not like it. But when he is impulsive he does not seem of rem how to behave.
